I have gone on quite the journey with the phrase "God Bless." From repulsion to now echoing and mirroring energy back, it has been a long path of growth and reflection and processing and reaching new perspectives and understanding.

Ended up talking about resumes and skills- transferable and soft skills in particular. Then bridging into the paths we walk and wind through.

Just a quick note on my lack of a recording yesterday.

Thinking on the dualities we are trained to see the world in. What is really there? House does this shape our experience?

This is a springboard off of yesterday's musings about what we allow ourselves to receive, and goes deeper into what we allow ourselves to even see. Spoiler: we're talking about the illusion again.

Another fantastic day of rock-ventures! We met some really cool people we connected with who were incredibly generous and really got me thinking about how I show up and how the stories I've picked up have been keeping expansive experiences from me.

There's a lot of stuff going on at big rock shows, and not all of it feels good... Remembering to ground and clear my energy is important.

Today we talk about our first rock-shop sighting and the cool finds we decided to bring back with us. There was so much cool stuff at this place, it was a challenge for sure. Check out Matthew's IG for the video and a whole bunch of other cool stuff @_katraa_

Long day of travels and all, so a quick one before we turn in.

Excited about an upcoming road trip with Matthew, and endlessly grateful for how he shows up and loves and supports me. Also proud of myself for managing to reduce my bag count for the trip.
