Welcome to our out-of-the-box talk about our views and beliefs of living traditional and non-traditional lives. Jacqui and Adrienne have each chosen unique paths... or have we? The world has shifted on what was once considered "traditional" and yet we have both found ourselves having to defend our choices around marriage and children.
Please know we understand the sensitivity around this subject and that each person will have their own experiences and beliefs. We speak only of our own experiences and preferences. We do not believe in any right or wrong way to do life, there is only your way... the way that makes you happy! :)

Welcome to our 4 part serious!
We want to touch on the 4 main pillars of what takes place when we embark on a journey, whether that is in fitness or business or life.
The 4 main pillars are:
1. Mindset
2. Taking Action
3. Creating Consistency
4. Establishing a new Lifestyle
In this fourth episode of the series, we are diving into the Lifestyle that comes once we have established a consistent routine! How do you know when a habit is a lifestyle? We will share our own personal experience in creating routines and new habits that have become automatic and part of our daily lifestyle as well as our experience with clients on their path.
First, we must create the mindset, then take action, stick to those actions until they become so automatic we wither do them without thinking or we are able to immediately identify the consequences of what will happen if we skip them for a day.
And remember, this is a circular process evolving and changing. The journey is never linear nor is it final. As we develop habits and goals into a new lifestyle we will always have new ventures and new routines to master.
As always, we appreciate each and every one of you that takes the time to listen, review and share our podcast! We love showing up, talking about what real and building connections. So thank you so, so much!

The 4 main pillars are:
1. Mindset
2. Taking Action
3. Creating Consistency
4. Establishing a new Lifestyle
In this third episode of the series, we are diving into the Consistency needed to see the goals you are working so darn hard for!!
Since we are both fitness professionals we see this a lot! Where a client starts a journey and after a few weeks or even a month or two doesn't feel like they are making enough progress, so they quit. Or, a busy week at work turns into 3 busy weeks. Or, we see extremes in a routine where people may feel like if they don't have a full hour to work out there is no point in going at all. In this episode, we want to check in on the importance of being consistent and keeping to your routine, even if that means a 10-minute workout or maybe changing the day of the week you decide to buy lunch.
Don't have time or energy for your 45-minute gym session? Walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Forgot an hour lunch at home and need to buy lunch? Make the healthiest decision possible and switch your treat day around. This journey isn't an all or nothing, it's a little of something each day. Doing your best and maintaining your routine is better than giving up and stopping completely.
Hold on tight folks, this is a hella good episode you do not want to miss!
As always, we appreciate each and every one of you that takes the time to listen, review and share our podcast! We love showing up, talking about what real and building connections. So thank you so, so much!
