Welcome to Episode 6! In this episode, we are talking about our identities as we choose to share them on social media. Social media is an incredible platform for us to share ourselves and connect with people around the world. And while Jacqui and I pride ourselves on keeping it as real as possible, it is important to remember that what we see online is only a small glimpse into someone's life. Good, bad and everything in between. It can be easy to get caught up in the glam and beauty of a fitness influencer, or successful world traveller or seemingly perfect couple, but we need to remember that everyone has a full story that doesn't get shown on social media. And even if someone is doing their best to show the good and bad, even that is just a glimpse.
So let's enjoy the inspiration and admiration, but with a grain of salt.
It is lovely, but it is not the entire story!
This is part 1 of 2 as we talk about the identity we have on social media. Keep a lookout for part 2 where we will continue this conversation and bring in the effects of copying and essentially plagiarizing the work that others do online.
Thank you so much for tuning in!

Welcome to Episode 5: Creating the energy you want around you and breaking away from people (or things) that don't serve you.
It's time to get super real about who is lifting you up and who is holding you back. It can be hard to know when to cut out relationships that are no longer serving you, especially when there isn't anything "bad" or "wrong" about them or the person. Often times we simply grow apart.
In this episode, we will share our own experiences of friendships and relationships over time and give examples of how we learned to identify when something is working and when it is not. We also share steps we have taken to surround ourselves with the right kind of community and how we are always learning and evolving with the relationships we have in our lives... including the most important one of all, our relationship with ourselves.
We are pumped up to have this conversation with you! Thank you so much for tuning in to today's episode!

Hi! Adrienne & Jacqui here!
We are online health & fitness coaches passionate about keeping it real and connecting with people across the globe.
In our fourth episode, we are diving into choices, perceived lack of choices and playing into a victim mindset.
We are talking about Adulting at its finest. How saying "I don't have a choice" is not always accurate and how we can take a step back to see what options are in fact available.
We want to be clear we understand extenuating circumstances and in terms of mental health and case by case basis, there may not always be a choice.
What we are focusing on in this episode is the complaining, victim mindset that we often hear adults saying in terms of choices around busy schedules, whether they can do certain activities, the pains of being an adult in general or the restraints they feel they are bound by in society.
We all have a choice to work or not work, to stay in a marriage or not, to pursue our health and wellness etc. They may not be the most glamourous decisions and of course, every choice has a corresponding consequence. We want to dive into these choices, their consequences and what the power of radical responsibility really can do.
Ready to ask yourself some honest and inspiring questions?
Let's dive in!!

In our second episode, we are diving into the idea of competition and collaboration in the fitness world. We are not holding anything back as we discuss our experience working in gyms that enforced non-competes, gyms that encouraged growth and how we find the industry online.
We often see a world of scarcity and competition. Fear of losing or missing out. We like to work from a place of abundance. There is enough to go around and collaboration just means even more opportunity!
We are excited to share the real and honest journey of how we are collaborative and delivering the best to our audiences and our
