At the tender age of 9, Kelly Rowland formed a musical group with her friends that in a few year would be known the world-over as "Destiny's Child". That was in 1990, and Kelly is all grown up now with a successful solo career in music, fashion, acting, directing/producing, and recently, writing. Her children's book, "Always With You, Always With Me" was just released. 

She's also a loving partner to her husband, a doting mamma of two young boys, and active in numerous causes that aim to make life better for her community and the world. Recently she performed at the American Heart Association's Red Dress Collection Concert. Kelly joins us today to implore women to take their heart health seriously, and we get caught up on all sorts of other things too! ~ Delilah
