Former gubernatorial candidate, data analyst and entrepreneur Ken Block has been examining some of the Washington Bridge-related documents that were released to media and other sources. His conclusion: the state knew that the doomed bridge was in jeopardy as early as 2012 and did little to nothing about it. Now, Block is raising funds to install billboards along i195 with messages like "They Knew In 2012" with a picture of a traffic jam.
