Welcome to the Keto Mom page, my name is Stephanie. I wanted to do a little collaboration because I have many people preparing mainly for Christmas.

So the conversations have been around not wanting to make two meals a day, or specific meals that might work for the entire family.

I want to give you just a basic understanding of how we did it, starting seven and a half years ago. We incorporated our four daughters into our journey, and we avoided saying things like "Mommy and daddy are doing a diet". We all ate healthier, and there were some meals that really helped us as a family.

Welcome to the Keto Mom page, my name is Stephanie. We are going through "Dream It, Pin It, Live It" by Terri Savelle Foy. The basis of the book is setting S.M.A.R.T. goals, creating vision boards, and really starting to focus on our goals for next year. Not waiting, but starting now.

The last little bit of this book is talking about things that you should be doing every day as you stay focused, and as you go after the things that you want. Yesterday we talked about the habit of "Listening".

Listening to podcasts, or learning from other people that have already done what you've done.

READING

Habit number two is reading. I also talk about that a lot, and there are some really great insights in the next couple of pages. If your goal is to lose some fat, have better relationships, get a new job, or focus on your finances, I promise you, this book will help you in any area of your life.

Welcome to the Keto Mom page, my name is Stephanie. We're making lunch or prepping dinner and I want to give you some tips to help you on your keto low carb health journey. A lot of people have been asking about how to get started, how to lose a hundred pounds, or they want to feel healthier.

I'll give you a couple tips to help you start. I'm about to put chili in our crock pot so that when we go to CrossFit and come home, there's food for the kids, and everybody's happy, no hungry tummies.

One of the biggest tips I tell people as they are starting to get healthier, trying to get back on the health wagon, gettting focused or refocused, is to seriously not overcomplicate things.

So we went to a church called "Elevate Life Church", and pastor Keith Craft and his son, Pastor Josh craft spoke yesterday. It was incredible! He said two things, number one, "You get what you expect out of life".

Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie, and  we're going to make a super simple lunch. What are you having for lunch? I'm actually curious, I actually need you to answer me for many different reasons. 

Collaboration is currency, because it adds value to other people's lives and it gives other people ideas.  I'm having some tuna fish!

We're going to talk about food and how often you're eating. What you're having for lunch? Some of you might be intermittent fasting and you're probably breaking your fast around this time. 

SIMPLE TUNA FISH!

Do you add relish, pickles, celery, or anything to your tuna fish? I just add some olive oil and mayonnaise to it, and I eat it plain or I'm going to put them on these little emission wraps. Some of you might say these are not keto, and we're going to discuss that in just a second. So I'm eating my tuna fish on some of these wraps and just keeping it super simple and not overthinking it.
