The biggest thing with cheat days, traveling, or not eating well during the holidays, is getting back on track. How to get back on track, that's the biggest thing.

Everything you do throughout your day is a choice, even if you're traveling. Every day, you choose what to eat, your attitude, being mindful, thankful, or crabby. You also choose the food that you put in your mouth and what you drink. So it doesn't really matter if you're at home or you're traveling. You always have a choice.

First of all, I hope you had an incredible Thanksgiving, and I just want to help you get back on track. How do we do that, and what are some useful tips? There are a couple of fun things that we've got going on.

I've been coaching people over the last hour on the reboot. So before I talk about the reboot, here are a couple quick things to get you back on track after Thanksgiving yesterday. 

1. Out of Sight out of Mind!

If you have cookies, pies, or candy on your counter, get them off. It's going to help you not eat it.

2. When you enjoy yourself with your family, do not beat yourself up.

I've said this over and over today. You didn't wreck everything that you did, so give yourself some grace. You clearly have cravings because you introduced sugar back into your system or you ate too much sugar. But only allow yourself to enjoy it again on Christmas.

Welcome to the Keto Mom page, Happy day after Thanksgiving! Today's leftover day and it's so fun. My husband and I are celebrating our eighth 10th wedding anniversary today, it's super exciting. My husband is just right here, sitting and he's on his red light helmet.

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that you are prepped and also you're ready to go. All of my stuff is prepped, and I've got four tables and a whole bunch of space for people to sit. I'm ready to go! How about you?

Also, I've had so many people asking me about eating keto... "Are you going to stay low carb or keto?" 

A lot of people are nervous about parties and food, so I want to let you and encourage you on a couple of things.

Number one, if your goal is to stay keto, low carb, or stay somewhat on track. If you want to enjoy yourself more but don't want to overdo it. Use the "Either" or "Option".

Instead of having the pumpkin pie and the apple pie, you could do the pumpkin pie "or" the apple pie.

Instead of having mashed potatoes and all of the bread. You could do mashed potatoes "or" bread.  "Either or Option".
