This week, Kevin is on-call for work, and so cannot drink. And that leads us strange places, places maybe no one should go. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the frozen burritos, the frozen gluten-free pizza, or the snack foods. 

So hang on to your hats, folks, as we delve into some depths that should not be plumbed sober, including the difference between Atlantic and Pacific beaches, what you should never do with an anemone, and puffed cheese snacks.

As the title suggests, we have both a new variety of SPAM *AND* a frozen lutefisk this week. We also have beer, wine, and a Yip-Yip bottle cozy just to say "nope nope nope" when it is time to stop drinking the wine.

Spoiler : we totally should have brought out the Yip-Yip sooner.

So we got this call from the mail office, telling us to pick up the boxes becasue they were running out of space. One of the things included was an 11-lb chocolate bar. It is a think of beauty, but we need to break it up so...

We also got a box from Australia, a box from Sinagapore, wine, beer, and even frozen filo dough. All that and a Canadian, when We Eat it, So You Don't Have To.

Crazybirderfriend Tina is in town for several days, so we have roped her into once more eating with us. And you know what that means - a bottle of wine, soju, several beers, and things best left in the store in our oven. Popcorn! BBQ Sweet Corn in a freezer bag! Pizza with broccoli! CHOCOLATES!

And we talk teenagers, birds, bad food, birds, birds, chocolate, birds, booze, did we mention birds? All that and more birds, when We Eat It, So You Don't Have To!

Specifically, Kevin stated it was a Tennessee flag when it was actually more closely related to the Army of Nothern Virginia. Ursula calls him out on this, but both are pretty inebriated at that point and don't bother to actually, y'know CHECK THE FRICKING INTERNET, so accuracy is never determined. The kale has come back, and it's on pizza! Why would it do this to us? What will it do to us? We'll find out. We'll also find out about several different chips, some from as far away as Australia! Add to that wine, beer, frozen pretzels, and TimTams!

This week we have to invoke, at least once, Soy Godwin's Law. It's a thing that happens sometimes, and we're never happy when that happens. We also have a selection of chips, suasages, and microavable foods to eat for you. We even have a frozen pizza to heat and eat, so it can't be all bad, right?

This week, we talk a little about the class in mead making Kevin took earlier in the day. We also discuss the Nebula Awards, the metal T-Rex now in the front yeard, and of course, foods. Oh the things we have this week! We have news of boxes that have arrived, including two (yes two!) lbox openings. I know, it has been a while since we opened a mystery box on the air, and these are a real treat. We also have frozen pizza, canned mead, beer, and fancy mac & cheese.

Our low-carb adventures continue, as does the adventure of having two kittens. The foods this week are a different kind of adventure, and not the kind we really want to go on. It may be the Spaghetti-O's that did it this week, or maybe the beet chips.

These are the sorts of things that make us question our sanity.
