She was stabbed to death. Over the weekend police arrested 23-year-old Rafeal Govea, who is in the country illegally. Police have not been able to figure out a connection between 16-year-old Lizbeth Medina and Govea. Medina’s mom says she just wants justice for her daughter. Medina was suppose to perform in a Christmas parade and when she didn’t show up her mom went home and found her daughter dead.
