In light of what is going on in the world, for this episode Nimrat wanted to lead us through an exercise based on the book Active Hope by Joanna Macy and Chris Johnstone. She takes us through the steps of figuring out how to move from the feeling like everything is falling apart to putting the pieces back together with new perspective and intentions.
