Kid Goggles kicks off 2018 in 90210! The original teen soap was a favorite of the then-five-year-old and now magnificent improviser, Melinda Messina, who spent her childhood wishing Brandon was her older brother. But Brandon was definitely wishing he could be with his sister, Brenda, but Brenda was trying to get with Rex Manning, but her best friend Kelly said she had to be honest about being 16 — unlike Andrea who lies about being poor, much like Gabrielle Carteris who lied about being 29 in order to play Andrea! Not enough drama? Kid Goggles unearths the truth about Melinda’s “real” mom, Luke Perry cries in a corner, and KG finally gets to the bottom of that chem class toxic waste scandal!

Trample your fellow listeners, the Kid Goggles crew only has one Turbo Man left in stock! Put the cookies down and your jetpacks on because our Minnesota Miracle-man and hilarious stand-up/improvisor, Ronald Metellus, is bringing us back to the Twin Cities — this time to spend Christmas with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sinbad, and Anakin Skywalker. ‘Tis the season for mail bombs, animal abuse, and cut-throat consumerism! Nobody likes Booster, but everyone likes Jingle All the Way… right?

The deadly funny, Rob O’Neill, came to talk about his undead childhood friend, the Crypt Keeper and his ultra campy HBO original series. Nudity, profanity, and a whole lot of puns, it’s the most adult Kid Goggles topic yet! Was the Crypt Keeper scary? Did Rob have the coolest childhood ever? And who is the “Vic-Monster” and what’s the deal with his voicemail?

Super Saiyan? More like Super Psaiyched! That’s right, the incomparable Marcely Jean Pierre, has been charging up for weeks to talk about Goku, Piccolo, and some albino-clown-child, plus scores of other characters, from this hit Japanese-import. Villains become heroes, the dead become alive again, men become boys, boys become men, and Launch becomes a different woman when she sneezes. There’s A LOT to cover and the hosts had plenty of questions. Fortunately, Marcely had plenty of answers. Is Krillin worth it? Why are the working-class all from New York? How many babies were conceived and born before Frieza was defeated? PLUS: AJ is back with some more HOT TAKES (and this time, it’s personal)

NOPE! It’s not about a big red dog. And that is far from the last surprise when it comes to this 1994 comedy! The amazing and kind-hearted Kelly Conrad found much to love in the cold-hearted titular character who will stop at nothing to get to Dinosaur World — including framing someone for a crime, stealing a dog, and crashing a plane. Needless to say, the KG gang had a lot to talk about. Also, is there a difference between Martin Short and Dana Carvey? Are ponytail wigs the coolest? Can you guess in what year this movie starts? PLUS: Hot Takes with Engineer AJ!

Welcome to the KG! In honor of making it to 25 episodes, the KG crew has a very special one in store! Who is the guest??? Just a mysterious figure trying to grapple with past decisions. Sound like someone familiar? Does it sound like someone who wears white tank tops, leather jackets, and chokers? IS BEN MCKENZIE THE GUEST!? WOULDN’T THAT BE CRAZY!? Does your favorite teen soap opera still strike as many chords as Phantom Planet did for Stacie? Are there enough reading scenes? Will Sandy Cohen adopt all of them? Find out in the 25th episode of Kid Goggles!

Hakuna Matata means don’t worry because your favorite Disney movie is in the best hands with improv all-star and all-around best dude, David “Doubledown” Donnella. David feels all the love all the time for this movie and brought copious notes along with musical accompaniment to the studio to do this one justice. He doesn’t disappoint. This ep delivers some true emotion, some true love, and some true “fuck-me” eyes. PLUS: More Hot Takes from Engineer AJ!

Twist the bones and bend the back, get a virgin whose name is Max, strike the black flame then relax, it’s the effin’ Hocus Pocus podcast!!! In the spookiest Kid Goggles ep yet, the crew is joined by the terrifyingly talented and hauntingly hilarious, Molly Scullion, who summons ABC Family back from the dead to talk about this Halloween staple. Listen, if you dare, as they unearth Jeremy’s deepest fears, discover the true nature of Sarah Jessica Parker, and uncover Disney’s sinister virgin-shaming plot!

Never heard of this Norwegian film about a princess who falls in love with a polar bear that is actually king who was cursed by a witch? Neither had Matt, Jeremy and special guest host, Kelly Conrad. But Annie Paradis watched this movie incessantly for years and couldn’t wait to talk about it. And between the Jim Henson Creature Shop animatronics, audio dubbing, postpartum depression, and invisible grandmothers– Matt, Jeremy, and Kelly couldn’t wait to talk either.

HELLLOOOOOO and welcome to this heartfelt episode featuring TWO hilarious actors/writers/performers from the UCB theater in NYC!! Janet and Lindsay thought this Robin Williams classic was hilarious when they were kids, but has it been great the WHOLE TIME?! Things get emotional for a minute as KG covers everything there is to cover on this one, but they still ask all the questions that matter: Is Matthew Lawrence still a dreamboat? Why would Stu order the jambalaya? And how could Daniel pee out of the Mrs. Doubtfire suit?
