Today, I'm joined by Bro. Brent Wilson, and we're talking about showing up to lead.
In church leadership, there’s a silent killer that often goes unnoticed: self-consciousness. A lot of people who could be awesome leaders get stuck because they're always worried about messing up.
But here's the kicker: people aren’t sitting there hoping you'll fail. People actually want you to do something amazing. They want you to step up and lead!
If we can stop being timid and concerned about what we might look like or what people might think about us and just step out and do the work of God without constraint, we might be amazed at what we accomplish.
Imagine: Who is waiting for you to ‘show up’?

Today I'm joined by Bro. Kyle and we're talking about growing yourself so you can grow others.
You can’t give what you don’t have. In the world of Sunday school and church leadership, it's easy to fall into the trap of constant giving - giving time, energy, and resources to those in your class, your team, and your church.
However, effective leaders understand a fundamental truth: you can't give what you don't have. This principle underscores the critical importance of having a close relationship with God and investing in personal growth. The more you fill yourself up, the more opportunity you have to overflow.

In today's competitive landscape, business leaders are constantly seeking ways to differentiate their organizations and create memorable experiences for clients, customers, and team members alike. In Sunday school we want to be extraordinary.
We should be just as passionate-even more so-in kids ministry as businesses are in their bottom dollar.
While we can do flashy things and get noticed or grab attention it doesn’t accomplish much, it’s not useful. We want to have depth and create experiences that have meaning.

Today I'm joined by Matthew and we're talking about putting frameworks in place to reach your goals.
Our ultimate goal as Sunday school leaders is to see kids saved and for them to grow spiritually. Sometimes we can get inspired and want to put a number goal on how many kids will receive the Holy Ghost this year, or how many kids will repent or be baptized.
While having these goals is fine and having clear objectives is crucial, an excessive focus on outcomes can sometimes be counterproductive.
If we shift our focus to the processes that we can put in place, this will lead to sustainable goal achievement.
