This weekend I went to a movie alone. Sometimes people think it's weird when I do things alone. But when you have been alone most of your life you can either sit at home depressed or you can get out and see the world. I choose to get out and see the world!

Once again on tick tok they gave me some topics. And one of them was you can't control the wind but you can control the sail. And what that means is you can't control the bad things that happened to you but you can control how you react. That being said a lot of times we get these gut feelings and they're trying to label it with all of these avoidant detachment narcissist words. We have all these labels and instead of that I want to say that we call it gut feelings. And when you're in a relationship and things do not seem right, we need to stop ignoring that and we need to communicate or we need to walk away. Because just remember you deserve to be happy all the time not just 10% of the time.

We are made up of energy! And when we talk about Karma we talk about the energy that is in this world. There is good and bad karma. In order for us to understand this we have to declutter our brain and pay attention.

Just because someone says something to you doesn't mean you have to listen. Just because you graduate from college doesn't mean you have to put your life on hold to pursue a high level job. Just because someone says that you can be a stay-at-home mom doesn't mean they're telling you that you must stay home to take care of the kids and do all the housework. What is going on in our world that we are taking a College commencement speech to this level? How is it so wrongly interpreted?

As a gen xer I am tired of listening to these younger Generations acting as if we had an easy period every generation has had to fight for what they want. It just seems as if the younger Generations believe that it's going to be handed to them and that there is no possibility to get anything so they don't even want to put in the fight. And that will be their downfall. Everything we have we fought for. If you want the life we had in the 70s and '80s then you've got a lot of stuff to give up because we didn't have nearly the amount of crap that people have nowadays.

Tyson and I have talked about this before but now that everything seems to be electronic we need to make sure that we are safeguarding anytime we use our debit card. You never want to hand your debit card to a stranger because when you hand them your debit card you are handing them access to your cash. If possible you need to put your auto charges on a credit card and not your debit card. You need to make online purchases with a credit card not a debit card. Why?

Well vacation season has begun! A trip to Atlanta is just what I needed.

I think sometimes when we're not liking what our life is we like to look at other people's life it's social media and believe that their life is perfect. When in reality their struggles are exactly that their struggles. We can't look at other people's lives and believe that their lives are better than ours. Because we don't know what they go through most of their day. Only small parts appear on social media. And if somebody is confessing their ever loving dying hard to someone more than likely there's more to that story than you will ever know.
