One of my proudest achievements this year was losing nearly 50 pounds. It all started with one decision. I allowed myself to let go of the struggle that has defined my life for decades. I made a few simple, powerful changes and I'm sharing all of the details on how I did it (it wasn’t pills). 

You have the power to finish 2023 better than you started. It’s not too late to make the decision that will change your life! I'm giving you the permission to let go of your struggle and make the decision to level up your life! You can do it.
