Prayer and partnership are two key themes in Paul’s letter to the Philippians. Even from the harsh conditions of a prison cell, Paul begins his letter by gushing to them about his joy in them and his prayers for them. We learn a lot about Christian community and what Paul calls “gospel partnership” in his heartfelt introduction.
