How over our lifetime we suppress and deny parts of ourselves because they aren't shiny or socially acceptable. When we do this that the universe will keep bringing back our past until we learn from it.

We talk about how we either have the choice to learnt o embrace and express the parts of us that we hide or that eventually we will come crashing apart as these parts of ourselves cannot be denied anymore.

We talk about about self talk and how our words can become self fulfilling prophecies and how we apply the 2nd rule of Self Love of setting boundaries, internal boundaries about how we speak to ourselves. 

When then go on to expand on this and talk about how to reframe some phrases that we may use in our lives and how the subconscious mind cannot differentiate between them. 

Lastly we also talk about being careful with labels and not letting them define who we are.

The importance of remembering that is something passed you by, it was meant for you and something better is on the horizon, even if you can't see it yet.
