I am so excited about this weeks episode because I have been noticing out in the world how much time we are spending and how we are showing up online to get people to "like" us. To the point where we aren't even being ourselves out of fear of not being liked. 

So this week I lift the lid on this and talk about where our need to fit in comes from and how we are taught to fit in and be liked from the moment we are born. We talk about the right to choose what we do and don't like and being ok when people don't like us and we aren't their cup of tea. On the flip side we talk about how the right people are the ones who love and adore you and how the focus should be on being our true and authentic selves.

The universe has been serving me up some major life lessons and we are only two weeks into the year! Yikes! What has come up for me is how we settle for our comfort zone because we are so worried about making a mistake, looking silly, not being perfect at something and worrying about what others may think of you. 

Spoiler chances are no one is looking at you and that fear is in your head or their opinions of you just don't matter. We talk about how fear holds us back from even trying to chase after our dreams and how we feel the need to be perceived as perfect and not let anyone see us making mistakes.

Welcome to 2023 my gorgeous Queens!!! I am so excited to be here with you on this amazing journey for 2023. Today we are talking about when things turn to shit and don't go as you had wanted them to. NYE, 2023 and the universe served me up a lesson in relinquishing control straight off the bat to start the year.

It's already safe to say that 2023 has not started the way I envisioned it and threw me straight into the emotional ocean where I've already had to face resurfaced childhood trauma, grief and loss. But the good news is I am laying in the ocean, floating and letting the universe guide me to where I need to be. 

I spent New Year's Day at the beach with my son and had spiritual awakening and rebirth at the hands of the ocean, where it served me up a major life lesson.
