This week we are talking about cycles and how our generation is really standing up and breaking the cycles that no longer serve us. There is a big movement of seeing brave people stand up and say enough is enough and this ends with me. 

I have personally been doing so much shadow work into my beliefs, stories and cycles so that I can unpack, unlearn and reprogram my mind as I absolutely refuse to sit back and pass these limiting beliefs and stories of struggle to my son. 

Life gets to be everything you want it to be, you just have to start with yourself first!!

Stepping away from traditional goal setting, hustle culture & linear thinking and steeping into creating your goals from a place of emotions and feelings. Using your creative feminine flow energy to step into your future with. 

Your goals should light you the fuck up with passion and fuck yes energy, you should be able to feel your goals. It's not just about setting goals but also just as much as about creating the reality that you want to live, so that your dream life is now your reality. Thinking about the experiences and the things you want to do or try and making time for those is just as important as working on your goals.

We also talk a little bit about the energetics with our goals and how important embodying the version of you who has achieved your goals, puts you on the fast path to being an energetic match with your goals to make them a reality.

This week I'm so excited to share my journey over what has been one of the most challenging years of my life! 

I wanted to demonstrate just how much your life can turn around in just one year. I personally went from one of my lowest points, having to make some huge life changes, to now thriving, happy & healthy. 

I learnt the art of surrendering, not because I wanted to but because I had to in order to survive. The load was too much to carry and I had to invite the universe to take over for me, and it was the best decision of my life.

This week has been a week where I realised just how expensive the cost is for people pleasing and putting other people's needs above my own! So naturally this is the place to discuss the real cost of people pleasing. 

We talk about the long term effects people pleasing can have, including resulting in it being detrimental to your own health.

We also look at a simple question you can ask yourself to check in on yourself in the moment and bring awareness and connectedness back to yourself.
