He just burned the last bridge, what a fucking drag -- it's all over but the shouting! and Spoiler Alert -- Doc & Paul are complicit in it or you're high. - KISStorian.com

Brother Dave offers late-nite perspective and observations on KISS live in Amityville in '73, catching the band at their ever-evolving inception, a case study if ever on KISStory. Bits include thoughts on abandoned tunes "Acrobat", "Life In The Woods" and "Simple Type". What is gleamed is a decided mix of southern rock, Brit power-pop and vestiges of the late-60's power-trio / hippie-jam rock soul apparently coursing through the young veins of then 22-year-old lead guitarist Ace Frehley. Thanks to KISS Army members like Tony's KISS Universe and all curly people who unearth stuff with us seemingly every day, gimme more!! Just another phone call about KISS between siblings, this one fretting about the Frehley / Cooper tour. In our quest to be the podcast we never heard we inadvertently cover more ground than intended, welcome to Jendell / Wonderland - KISStorian.com

Humility has never been part of KISS's make-up and A&E's 'KISSTORY' is double-dose proof of Stanley/Simmons life-long determination to keep  control of the narrative while courting new audiences. All and all, the 2-part special is a happy place for KISS fans or anyone trying to get their head around the 50-year magical mystery tour America's Fab-4 have taken us on. If you're drinking the Purple & Red Kool-aid, this may cure your Rock & Roll Pneumonia' (if the shots didn't people!). And, if you're still drinking the Blue & Green, welcome back to the machine! Seeking perspective, brother Rich & I try to digest what we just absorbed. a late nite thought on the value of doing our homework on amazing abundance KISS live recordings from 1975 now surfacing and free online ... they provide a raw vision quest like KISStoric view to the evolution of the sound and delivery of the band coming together on the road as the stages grew, culminating in their breakthrough live rock magnum opus, KISS ALIVE! ... KISStory is an applied science. Deep intensive study of KISS live '75 boots would be on the curriculum for any KISStory 101 majors. We ain't too proud to beg: if anyone has the '75 motherload, please reach out! -- KISStorian.com #KISS #KISSalive #1975

Renown Music Journalist and dedicated KISStorian MITCH LAFON of Rock Talk With Mitch Lafon joins us on the mainline to share his considerable KISStory: One of the few folks alive to have met every member of KISS, few stones are left unturned as we delve in, starting with Mitch's 1979 Dynasty Tour baptism in Montreal, to his seemingly unbelievable interview with Gene Simmons in New York City in 1980, as an 11 year old!
