Growing up with Cathy has taught me to embrace life’s challenges, strive for success and she finds me hilarious and that makes her perfect. She’s an Educator at W.Ross MacDonald School which is the only school in Ontario and Canada for blind and deaf blind students. As a former CNIB rehabilitation instructor Cathy shares many kitchen safety tips, and her three trusty food guides. Spoiler Alert - I’m one of them but who else is on Cathy’s speed dial?

I chat with legally blind backpacker, YouTuber, and Standup Comic Dan Barra-Berger who shares tips for cooking while backpacking, living dangerously when frying and how cooking blind has taught him the importance of proper kitchen utensils. 

I talk to Brian Manning of Two Blind Brothers Clothing Line. We chat about his cause driven clothing company with his brother Bradford, faking it in the kitchen, his love for cooking, signature dish, cooking for the family and what unexpected special ingredient ended up in one of our dishes.
