  • Knowing … our attachment styles pt. 1

On this episode of Knowing Me, Knowing You, Trent and Dave start to unpack attachment styles by discussing two of the styles – “Secure” attachment and “Anxious-preoccupied” attachment.

For each of the attachment styles the boys discuss:

    • What it means to identify them,
    • How they can play out in our everyday lives,
    • What traits or characteristics we might have, as well as
    • How we can best look after ourselves (or our partner), if we have either of these attachment styles.
    • Please keep in mind, the discussions, topics, and advice provided as part of this podcast are general in nature. They should not replace specific and individualised mental health support that might be needed.
