Coach Thor introduces us to the Knowledge Management System he uses in his program. An idea used for the coaching staff to ensure everyone is receiving the same information without any drop off when sharing among staff and players. The system contains the “why” and the “what” of Coach Thor’s program and is applicable to any program.
