NYC Marathon is coming up, and it could be a real big day for broccoli. i go over my thoughts on the elite race, as well as my general fomo.

went to Ann Arbor for the ribbon cutting of ASICS Michigan Sport Innovation Center. AMA (actually, they did not let me keep the exoskeleton)I just finished week 1 of Norweigian Singles Method, and I have thoughts. and, i've got a lot to unbox.

finally feels like i'm starting to catch my breath after three weeks of Berlin, Twin Cites, and Chicago. but i'll be heading out for a short trip this week, so there won't be a Thursday episode.
