A man in his 60s died Friday night after being hit twice by separate vehicles on McCarran Boulevard at East Prater Way.

Buzzfeed is reporting a campaign staffer of democratic congressman Ruben Kihuen resigned due to alleged harrassment and sexual advances.

A man convicted of killing two local girls has died of natural causes. The Nevada Department of Corrections reports 56-year-old Ricky Sechrest died at Carson Tahoe Hospital.

Nevada Congressman Ruben Kihuen is facing calls for his resignation, from republicans and democrats after essentially admitting he sexually harrassed and pursued a 25 year old campaign staff who resigned from his campaign in 2016.

Sparks Police have now arrested the third of four suspects in a home invasion robbery, thwarted when the resident returned home, and caught four people inside his house in Wingfield Springs. John Moore rammed their car, and only backed up when a gun was pointed at his head. Police arested two people Thursday, and caught the third suspect today.
