The execution of Scott Dozier has been stayed because of the drug cocktail that was going to be used to put the double killer to death.

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office says several teenagers have been hospitalized after rolling their SUV on Kings Canyon overnight. Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong says there were seven teenagers in an SUV when it rolled just before 11 p.m. Thursday. The crash happened west of Kings Canyon Road near Longview Way. The teenagers, all 16 or 17 years old, were transported to hospitals. Two of them were flown from the scene. Their injuries range from moderate to extreme.....

Seven teenagers were in an SUV when it rolled last night around 10:45pm west of Kings Canyon Road near Longview Way, according to Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong. Two of the teens were taken to Renown via Care Flight, while the other five were taken to a hospital via ambulance. Injuries range from moderate to "extremely critical," according to the sheriff. The teens are all 16 or 17 years old. The crash is under investigation. It is not known if drugs or alcohol were involved. Nevada Highway Patrol has taken over the investigation, with an accident reconstruction team assisting with the investigation.....

Sparks Police have an accused rapist in custody. The suspect has been a target since 2011, accused of sexually assaulting adult women. The crimes have been linked to Alfredo Momeli-Garcia who fled the country. Investigators worked with the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office and the US Marshals Office to apprehend Lomeli-Garcia. In February he was arrested in Mexico, this week he was returned to the U.S. and booked at Washoe County Jail. He faces four Burglary charges, two counts of Attempted Sexual Assault with the Use of a deadly Weapon, three counts of sexual assault two robbery charges, and one charge of Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.
