There was an armed robbery at the Kwik Serve gas station at 2191 Pyramid Way last night between 7:30 and 8:00. The robber left with an unknown amount of cash. The suspect entered the store with a gun, demanded the money and left the scene in a silver car. The suspect is White or Hispanic, between 5'6" and 5'8" and weighs between 180 and 200 pounds. Sparks police are asking anyone with information to contact them or Secret Witness. (:26)

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting death that involved Sparks Police officers. Sparks Police say officers had been called to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 18-hundred block of Sullivan Lane shortly before 4:00 this morning. Investigators say a man at the location pulled a gun and officers fired, killing him. The Washoe County Officer involved protocol has been enacted and the Sheriff's office will be handling the investigation.
