An Ohio woman who pretended to be a male war hero, has been sentenced in Washoe District Court, to close to 20 years in prison for burglary and fraud charges, that included submitting false applications for a driver’s license and vehicle registration, as well as falsely claiming decorated military veteran status. 25 year old Kelsie Denise Hoover posed as Michael Cipriani, and claimed she'd won numerous combat medals, even fraudulenty obtaining a "Purple Heart" license plate.
