CHP says three people are still wanted in connection with the I-80 shooting that left one person dead Saturday.

Nevada joins California, Arizona, Massachusetts and Arizona as one of five states voting this November on whether to legalize recreational marijuana. If the measure passes, it would allow adults to legally possess up to one ounce of marijuana, or 1/8 ounce of concentrated marijuana, effective January 1st. Local governments could make rules on where marijuana businesses could be located, but couldn't impose blanket bans. The most recent poll on the matter, shows 53 percent of Nevadans support the measure and 39 percent oppose it.

The felony arrest this year was for a suspect being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon. There was a gross misdemeanor arrest for battery on a police officer and three driving under the influence misdemeanor arrests.

Police say he was treated on scene, and flown to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities are investigating if the shooting is gang related.
