Ever woken up after a fun night out feeling like a zombie and desperately in need of a hangover cure?
We've all been there at least once. That's why I've come up with a magical recipe for the ultimate recovery dish: honey chicken biscuits.
In this episode, Wes and I talk about the recipe and, as always, share hacks to make the perfect dish even better.
We also talk about other hangover foods and share fun stories about our hangovers (and some not-so-fun experiences with gas station biscuits and McDonald's breakfast burritos). Plus, we try to answer the eternal question of why we keep going back to drinking despite the hangover pain.
So, check out this episode for some tips on how to make your next hangover a bit more bearable.

Of course, we didn’t just stick to the recipe – because when do we ever?
As always, we ended up chatting about all sorts of things:
And believe it or not, in this 15-minute chat, we managed to talk politics and even break down a kid's song!
Don't ask me how we made it all work together. Somehow, we did. And it was downright hilarious at times. For real.
Curious?

Overnight Brisket on a Pellet Cooker – let me tell you, this recipe is one of those perfect things.
First, it’s so delicious that I don’t cook brisket any other way now.
And second (and the best part) – it’s so easy that even a kid could do it… as long as they know how to use a knife. Or not even that, because they can always chop it.
In fact, chopping brisket is better than slicing it. Do you know why? Tune in to this episode as Wes and I share some hacks that take brisket from good to perfect. Even if it’s your first time cooking it.
We also talk about fire management, the differences between different smokers, and the latest improvements in smoker technology.
And of course, we talk about other stuff too, like how much I care about the comments people leave on my videos... especially from those who’ve never smoked anything.
Join us to pick up a trick or two, and maybe some laughs.

What makes the perfect Father’s Day meal? Or what defines the perfect beginning of Father’s Day? I believe you’re about to find out.
In this episode, Wes and I are talking about the ultimate comfort food that every dad dreams of on Father’s Day: Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs.
We've added this breakfast twist with a side of eggs and crispy hash browns, making it the ideal choice for anyone wanting to wake up their significant other on this special day.
Or, you can just enjoy this meal by yourself on any other day. Because let’s be honest, who doesn’t love chicken fried steak with gravy?
As always, we’ve shared a few of our stories about healthy food habits, some odd things that are common in Oklahoma, and even weirder ones considered normal in Florida.

Ever had a bite so spicy it left you speechless?
This time, we’re talking about a recipe that could be as hot as the devil himself: the 5 Alarm Brisket and Baked Bean Burrito. With its homemade spicy baked beans and Oklahoma Red Sauce, you can turn this burrito into a real hot challenge.
And speaking of spicy challenges... Wes and I also got into some of the hottest spicy foods out there, like the 'Toe of Satan' (a lollipop with 9 million Scoville units) and the hottest gummy bear in the world.
Of course, we couldn’t help sharing our own spicy food trials - they might be funny now, but they were no joke at the time! That’s why we also added a tip on how to handle that spicy fire without making it worse.
We were also brainstorming what we could do to perfect our burrito next time and how to make a healthy version of it.
A lot of reasons to tune in and learn more, right?
Come and join us now, I promise you won't regret it!

So, if you’re here for the love of a good cheesesteak or just wondering about our secret ingredients that go into making one, you’re in the right place.

This time we’re talking about a recipe that is going to blow your mind, I promise – Poor Man’s Chicken Pot Pie.
And you know what the best part is? This recipe’s so simple you can’t mess it up, and you likely got most of the ingredients already in your kitchen. Even if you don’t, they are absolutely budget-friendly.
So, here’s what we got:
If you ask me, I’d say we got ourselves a perfect dish. Or, if not perfect, at least good enough to become a star for all those people tired of complicated recipes and the not-so-good-for-you stuff from the store.
In addition to the chicken pot pie recipe, we also talked about the high-calorie, high-sugar food they serve up at fast food joints. (Personally, I could really see fast food chains going out of business because of that.)

Just in time for The Masters, we're tackling the age-old question:
Which one is better - pimento cheese sandwich or egg salad sandwich?
Picture this: a sunny day, the greens of Augusta laid out in front of you, and the toughest choice isn't picking a favorite golfer but deciding between these two classic snacks.
So, we set out to recreate the iconic pimento cheese and egg salad sandwich recipes to put this debate to bed… (Well, I'm just saying this for kicks - we all know this debate's never really going to end.)
But no matter which one is your favorite or which one you think is the winner, these easy recipes are sure to be a hit at your Masters Tournament party.
In addition to these two sandwiches, in this episode, like always, we ended up wandering down some unexpected paths, turning the conversation into more than just a debate over food.
We talked about the joy of golf tournaments, why Wes doesn’t like the food in Augusta, and what’s that one thing I’ll definitely add to my pimento cheese sandwich next time.
Curious?
Join us for Episode 95 of Kosmo Unfiltered, and let's chat about golf tournaments and the sandwiches that make them even more exciting.

In this episode, we're diving into my take on the Philly Cheesesteak and revealing two awesome secrets along the way.
Initially, I had this whole plan to reveal a game-changing secret ingredient that was supposed to turn your ordinary Philly cheesesteak into something unforgettable.
But, as we started recording, I ended up sharing another trick of mine that even took Wes by surprise. TBH, I thought it was a trick every BBQ lover knew, but it ended up stealing the show from my original secret ingredient.
So, if you're curious about how I put my spin on the Philly Cheesesteak (which I called the Oklahoma Cheesesteak back in my food truck days), give this episode a listen.
We're sharing a couple of twists that might just surprise you as well.
Let’s dive in!
