It was a pleasure to sit down with 1/2 of the "behind the scenes talent" of Makshu Production studios!  We dive into how it all started and what's next for this power couple and their business. 

Karim and Christina Maksoud met at Ringling College of Art  + Design, where they both studied Motion Design. Motion Design is taking the principles of animation, graphic design, and cinematography and combining them into a commercial/visual content for audiences to enjoy. It is the art of movement and composition all-in-one. After Christina's graduation in 2016 and a year of photography experience for Karim, they had created MakSchu, LLC. 

Their main focus is creating designs, animations, and promotional videos for locally run Tampa Bay companies. These videos will help businesses market their missions, and reach out to their communities. In the past 4 years, MakSchu has grown exponentially. They have collaborated with over 100+ businesses in the Tampa Bay area and produced limitless visual content. They have been grateful to work with start-up businesses to major corporations such as Bealls Inc., Champs Sports, Visit Sarasota County, and Visit California. Some of these collaborations have led to awards!

MakSchu, LLC.  opened its' MakSchu Studio near downtown Sarasota. The Studio is fully equipped with lighting, audio and camera equipment. There is an interview set, and a green screen to composite against any background to match a business' brand. Their studio has been a blessing in my podcast journey and where the Krystel Clear podcast is filmed and edited! I'm excited to share the talents and interests of Christina Maksoud with you all!
