"Teach as much of the content as I can up front and go through at least one example though I think I did with the 10th grade class. No, I really walked through. Walked through it as we were as walked through them. I really had to walk through the examples as I was teaching the concept. So at least teach most or all that concept up front and on top of that for math is in particular then build the examples on that afterwards."

"Whether it's full time or part time, I want to be involved in this. It should, it should jump at you from, from the paper whenever you. Yeah, that's top of mind now. So I guess for the rest of this, this trip to the airport, I'll listen to the to my podcast on tools for self regulation and students, and hopefully by the time I get home, I can put something together that I think will actually work out."

"Think of all the, like, back work in the back that just comes with just understanding all that stuff and where the teacher is with all that stuff, let alone, let alone being prepared to respond to students, let alone putting something, something together for all those different things or thinking about that. So for me, I think, I don't know if they're non negotiable, but there are some things I want to make sure are in place for in place for next year."
