But it's cool because one of the new, the new people at school is doing a robotics class and he's in robotics and he has a, like a kind of like a module program that helps the students kind of teach themselves.   "Because I've gotten ahead of some of the other stuff that I have kind of a handle on. And I'm reading a little bit of physics too. So I hope by October maybe, maybe I'll be working with somebody in the sciences as well. And it's always better, I think to get. It's cool to get tutoring work with kids in tutoring a subject before you like teach an entire class or expand beyond that because you really get to learn it one on one with the students."

  "I don't know if this is something to worry about, and I'm. And I'm putting that out there, but. And if it's too young to worry about, I wouldn't talk to him about that yet myself, but. Weird problem to have, right? I just think it hit home so much so that these women had a conversation about my son, like he was a piece of, like, art or something, and then wanted to. Talked about like a kid."

  "So I'm thinking academic lessons if we reserve and we don't have to stick exactly to that, but if we res if we reserve a day for sick le for academic lessons, I mean for math and ELA it would be that day Then they have independent work I'm assuming on Mondays independent they'll have the least amount of independent work time. So what I want them to focus on is is on what identify one thing they can do in five to 15 minutes."

  "I didn't get to talk to as many folks as I want to, but I did. I did, you know, have some talks. I talked with some parents. We. We first had a. A kind of a. A powwow in a different kind of larger space with parents that were specifically in the program that I work in, parents and students."

  "Reduce visual clutter. And so that means on a piece of paper or in a presentation, don't have a lot of stuff bunched together. Try your best to spread things out. Some of our students will process will take in the information better when that happens. Whole class discussions. What's interesting about this class in the notes in both math and reading, writing, Some of the kids have issues putting pen to paper and organizing their thoughts on paper. Some kids have anxiety issues."

  "What do you plan to focus on each of these free periods? This also takes place of. We had like, what is it? We had daily either sheets or on the whiteboard. The kids would write during our independent work time in our structured support classes, they would write three things they need to get done. This sheet can just replace it so we don't have to keep doing new stuff every day. It's already there. Okay, that's that."

  "Well also the, the group in my, the, the 11th grade group supporting the kids supporting 11th grade don't have an actual A teacher with a STEM background this year. It's both the teachers have more of a humanities background and I get the impression it would be helpful for me to be able to help students on the fly if necessary. Those 11 grade students. And so to be working with the student on the outside kind of keeps me ahead of the game on that."
