On the same day, 10,000 Tutsi are killed in Rukumberi sector.

Instead, the leaders of the area bring in killers to exterminate them all, including newborns. Killings continue in different places across the country, including churches like Nyange, Ruhanga, Ntarama, Nyarubuye, Cyahinda and others.
