The battle between two first place teams was won by the Houston Astros this weekend, taking two out of three from the Chicago Cubs. Framber Valdez continued to dominate, as he as against almost every opponent he's faced in 2025. 

Kyle Tucker and Cam Smith faced off for the first time since they were traded for one another this past off-sesason. Did the Cubs win the trade? 

The Brewers blew it late against the Rockies, so the Cubs are still up 2 full games in the NL Central.
