In this morning's Minute with Merrill from KYW Newsradio, Dave Uram and the Pro Football Hall of Fame voice of the Eagles Merrill Reese talk about Jalen Hurts throwing over the middle in the team's new offense, as well as the offensive changing at two positions instead of one versus the Titans.

Penn stays in the top 10 and Villanova makes a jump into the top 50 in the latest ranking of Best Colleges by U.S. News & World Report.

Penn lands at No. 7 on the list, retaining its position from last year. Villanova comes in at No. 42. That's an improvement of 15 places from the previous ranking.

Drexel, the University of Delaware, and Rutgers-Camden are also in the top 100.

And, a big change at the head of the class: Princeton has been dethroned after 15 years, slipping to No. 2. MIT is the new king of colleges, at least according to U.S. News.

It's the end of the line for a landmark at the shore. The Ferris wheel at the former Gillian's Wonderland Pier in Ocean City will be torn down.

The property developer, Eustace Mita, says there are safety concerns over deteriorating conditions at the site. He had hoped to make the Ferris wheel part of a resort hotel he wants to build. But, Mita says, salt air and repairs over the years have made it impossible to preserve it.
