 Mackenzie Leighton is a musician and florist based in Paris since 2017. Originally from the United States, she grew up in a small seaside town in Maine where she studied classical piano at a young age. She moved to New York in 2014 and played in several folk, jazz, and indie-pop bands before moving to France to launch her solo career. With precise songwriting and soft electric guitar picking, her first EP released in late 2017 lulls us into a dreamy indie folk universe. After a solo tour in Italy in 2018 and playing notable Parisian stages, she released her second project "Tourist(e)" in 2020. Now accompanied by her French band, Mackenzie intimately reveals the reality of her expatriate life with modern songs that blend folk and pop, English and French, in "Fleuriste" released in June 2021. As Rolling Stone says, Mackenzie Leighton "should put some sunshine in your weekend."

Food has always been a passion. MasterChef Australia in 2013 though helped me start a new chapter in my life, a fabulous one of course! Andrew Prior since 2016 has been living, travelling, breathing, cooking and eating all things French in France of course. 

After the experience of MasterChef he realised that his passion was food and travel. So he started a successful walking food tours business in Melbourne called Queenie’s Food Tours. But France was always calling. So with his partner and two golden retrievers we took the bold step of moving permanently. 

Since moving to France he’s followed his food dream and hero’s Julia Childs and Rachel Khoo and completed a Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie course, had successful food tours of regional France and the Cote D’Azur and set up a YouTube channel devoted to Paris, France and other European cities called Travelling Fabulously. 

Now Andrew’s moved to the wonderful town of Montmorillon in the Nouvelle-Acquaitaine region of France. And is devoting more time to French food. This means for you food lovers more fabulous recipes on YouTube and fabulous cooking experiences in Montmorillon.

But his newest passion is the podcast Fabulously Delicious The French Food Podcast which is all about French food and the people make it, cook it, write and photograph it but above all love it.  Each week Andrew interviews a special guest about their life in and/or love of France and then discuss a specific topic be it a French dish, cooking technique or ingredient.

Susan Boyle is a playwright and drinks researcher and consultant. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Technological University, Dublin. Her research in Beverage Studies concerns performance, storytelling and the sensory in immersive drinks experiences with particular reference to beer, wine and Irish spirits such as whiskey. Her research is supported by a TU Dublin Scholarship.

Her one-woman wine show “A Wine Goose Chase” premiered to a sold-out run at the Dublin Fringe Festival and garnered universal high praise from critics. The Sunday Times describing it as “a near five start performance”

She holds a BA in Drama and Theatre studies from Trinity College Dublin and the University of California, Irvine where she was an ArtsBridge and a Study Abroad Scholar. Her MA is in Performance Studies from The University of London, Royal Holloway.

Susan has worked on research projects with the British Museum and was recognised as an Outstanding Speaker at the Oxford Symposium of Food and Cookery and won the OSFC Julia Childs Foundation Award. She was awarded a scholarship to attend the European Institute for the History and Culture of Food summer school in Tour, France and spent August 2021 as a resident of the Irish Cultural Centre, Paris pursuing a language bursary (this is how she ended up in Paris)

Susan is an independent drinks consultant, beverage researcher and drinks judge. She is an award-wining member of the Guild of Beer Writers and regularly contributes expert content to national and international media on the subject of beverages.

Susan is a Fulbright Creative Ireland Museum Fellow with the Smithsonian Museum of American History, Washington DC and is currently working with the Irish Food Bord (Bord Bia) on the Spirit of Ireland, an education program she developed to support the sales of Irish spirits internationally and to tell the stories behind the renaissance of distilling in Ireland.
