In this episode, we rewind and take a look at the highs and lows of 2020. We reminisce on the weird drunk chats on Zoom and House Party, the ecological strides we made and the growth we have both made in the last 12 months. We also remember those who have passed, the political failures (and wins), and the atrocities such as the wildfires in Australia and the western states in the USA, Beirut explosion and police brutality in the USA. 2020 really was some year for one year and it has made an impact on many people’s mental health, families and financial situations. We discuss the mental health implications, both from our personal and interpersonal experiences with close loved ones and what we have read of other’s experiences too. We really hope this year is just even a tiny bit less terrible, Happy New Year and may the odds be ever in your favour.
