10 HOME RUN STARS!!

Hard Ball by Heather Stone......10 Home Run Stars!!! OMG, I loved this book so much, hot baseball player, friends, sexy times and love that about sums it up for a fantastic book. Cole and Mackenzie were best friends to lovers and I enjoyed seeing the story play out. This is my first book by Heather Stone and she is an amazing storyteller, I can't wait to read more by her. I highly recommend this book, it is so good. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

These two books were awesome!

I loved this twofer!!

Cole & McKenzie had a great story - best friends falling in love. I enjoyed it very much and found it hard to put down.

The next story "Last Line" went a lot deeper, dealing with the pain of addiction. It was heartfelt, and was well-written. I enjoyed it just as much as the first story. I definitely recommend this book!!!

Hard Ball

I really enjoyed this book. The characters were interesting and the story line was good. I couldn't put this book down until I finished it.

Disappointed

I don't understand where all the 5 star reviews are coming from. I feel like I paid full price for half a book. The storyline had some promise in the beginning (which is why I am giving this 3 stars instead of 2)...but then it fizzled out. In the end, it felt rushed and unfinished. This is the first book I have read by this author, and it will probably be the last. Very disappointed.

Really Great story

I chose this story because it was a bonus with another book I bought. I totally enjoyed it. I would have paid for this book. I feel the author thoroughly researched the background of this story. I did not think it would end well but it did. Kept me hooked. I could not put it down. Buy it or you will miss out.

Great Quick Listen

Frankie Loves mountain Man cake is a great quick listen and Lacy laurel rocked the audio! I cant wait to listen to the rest of these books!

Cute quickie instalove...

This was a short story to listen to and was a nice way to pass time. The instalove/friends to lovers story in this audiobook was rather predictable and I didnt find anything really new or outstanding about it. It was kind of like ear candy, lol. Narration would have been better with a male voice.

Horrid narration, what a dumb waste

Super annoying reader, had to change the speed to slower it was so fast it was nearly childish. Arghh. A hunky tatted physique on the cover does not redeem this piece of junk.

Have you listened to any of Lacey Gillerans other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is actually the first time I have listened to Lacey Gilleran. I thought she did a pretty good job with both the male and female voices, but probably would have preferred a male narrator for Will if possible. He just sounded too young and not masculine enough. There were a handful of times that it took me a second to figure out who was speaking. Lacey's performance as Emma, however, was wonderful.

This was a sweet single dad romance. I haven't read the prior books in this series, but didn't have any issues getting up to speed with all the characters. Overall, I enjoyed The After of Us, but found Emma a little too forgiving and a bit like a door mat. It's hard to imagine that moments shared at a wedding when you're 15 would turn into a lasting love for her, especially considering how that encounter ended. I both loved and hated Will at times. I understand that it was critical to Will's journey to make the decisions that he did, but it was still hard to swallow his back and forth/hot and cold behavior. I would have liked more push and pull between Emma opening her heart to him versus Will pushing her away whenever things got too serious or real for him. It just felt like Emma was taking any scraps that he was willing to give. The message of following your heart and letting your dreams lead you, however, was a wonderful one and I loved that aspect of the story. It really brought the entire book full circle.

I loved reading this book, it was awesome to re connect with the members of Lush. I wanted to give this book 5 stars, and for the first 3/4 of it, I believe it was deserved. Until Blaze who was an amazing complex character decides to do something really horrible to the girl he is falling for and her band and the train wreck that was barreling down at a 100 miles an hour does happen. He knew the consequences and put in motion a chain of events to land the biggest gig of his life but at what cost? I understand the concept of forgiveness, however IMHO it came to easy and fast from Tully.

Loving this series already!!!

A Lush Rhapsody by Selena Laurence....I wish I could rate more than 5 stars, this is a 10 star read for me. I could not put it down, it was so good, I think I will re-read it. I have not read the Lush series, but I will be reading them now. I loved watching the relationship developed between Tully and Blaze. You do not want to miss this new book in the new series, so make sure to pick it up. I was given a complimentary book for an honest review.

Loved it!

This was a fitting end to the Lush series and kicked off the Rhapsody stories. I really enjoyed meeting all of the Lush guys and am sure I will love all the Rhapsody guys too. Selina writes a wonderful rock star romance but she also mixes in human foibles, addictions and shortcomings.

Must read

I loved this book. I would recommend reading the other books first but it's not required. Tully is trying to break out of the mold of her Irish Catholic family ways by going on tour with Lush. She meets the hot Viking Blaze Davis. Their story is amazing. Must read

Battle of the Bands

Amazing! Terrific! I'd read it a million times over.

I've read the whole Lush series, and fell head over heels in love with it. Each band member has his own story to tell, and finding love is the hardest of all. Selena does a wonderful job grabbing you and putting you in the story.

Cathryn Fox has written an extremely hot sexy and romantic series. Talk about hunky firefighters wow what pantie melters! Couldn't have thought of better matches. After reading the first book in the series be prepared because hot as they are you'll know that the other two books are a sexy must read. Enjoy!

Cadence and Levi are great together

Levi and Cadence are my favorite couple in the Storm series. Hands down.

I love this series and it gets better and better with every book though so I'm sure whoever is next will become my new favorite couple.

We first heard about Cadence in her brother Cam's book. She's an Olympic figure skater trying to start fresh. Levi is tired of living in his older brother's shadow, which is a hard one to get out of since they play for the same team. His reasons for asking her out are not the best, but once he does, they both realize they are more than they thought they would be.

Levi is not as wholesome as his brother Jamie, but he is more real to me. When I first read a lot about him, in Home Ice, I really liked him. Now I just love him.

A book you'll never want to end!

Catherine Gayle never ceases to amaze me...EVERY...SINGLE...TIME!!! This book was so fantastic, so much so, that I never wanted it to end. And while Jamie (aka Babs) Babcock has always been my all time favorite, Levi has become a very, very close second. He's always been somewhat of a brooder up to this point, and now I know why. After all; it's hard trying to live in someone else's shadow all your life, especially when that person is also the one person you love and respect the most.

Just like his brother Jamie; Levi is always so sweet to almost every single person he comes in contact with. Both brother's seem to have brought up the right way, as far as I'm concerned. But....I don't mind admitting that my poor, poor heart instantly melts every single time we get to see the way Levi interacts with sweet little Sophie. Yes, the way they first met was a bit unconventional, but it's the way he swept her up into his arms that day, and the way that he has continued to treat her like a true princess from that day on that won my heart, and Sophie's too, for that matter.

I loved Cadence from the very start. I am so glad that she finally decided to leave her old skating partner to move to Portland. After all; it takes a lot of courage to leave a situation like that and she deserves to be with someone who respects her. And just like Levi; she loves her family and cares deeply for her friends. Although, I found it very understandable why she would initially be cautious of Levi in the beginning, especially after putting up with Guy, the control freak for years. I thought Levi and Cadence made a very cute couple, and no one could deny their instant chemistry.

It's a charmer!

When you're in the mood for a bit of My Fair Lady, just open up The Charmer! We first met Hudson in The Negotiator and I knew he was going to be a favorite of mine. His "carefree" and "charming" attitude was his "calling card" but you knew he was hiding something and I couldn't wait to find out all his secrets!

I enjoyed the banter between Felicia and Hudson. She wasn't always ready with a perfect comeback but when she was, they were doozies! Some of my favorite chapters included Hudson's side romance with Honeypot.

Looking forward to more....

No spoilers

This is the second book I've read by this author, and loved it. Great story line and fun couldn't put it down highly recommend. You can read as a stand alone but I don't recommend. Can't wait for the next book. I also think Frankie finding love would make a very fun book . Hint hint to Ms. flynn. If you have not check out Max Monroe billionaire had boys series of Megan Quinn mother road oh oh Cm Owens worth it all very good books. ms. flynn has become a must read author along with the one's I stayed happy reading

Charming

Boy oh boy, was this a sweet, sexy and funny story. Felicia, the nerdy ant scientist and Hudson, the rich, sexy, playboy/painter, combust. Felicia has been "in love" with her her brothers friend since childhood and she gets helps to snag him from the Harbor City's rich playbook, Hudson. He is so enamoured by the nerdy girl, he willingly offers his expertise. It's funny and most definitely sexy.

Another 5 star romance by Avery Flynn!

Ms. Flynn has put together a fun romance. Hudson who is a flirt, the charmer of the town could not be falling for the ant scientist especially since she thinks she is in love with one if his long time friends. He decides to

become her teacher, to show her who to seduce and win her live. Can Felicia see past all this charm into the REAL Hudson? A must read!

Charming!

Such a cute read. I loved the concept and each of the main characters were fully realized. I also liked the secondary characters. LOVED the epilogue!!! As this is part of a series I will need to read the other books in this cute series.

Cardinal cabin is a beautifully written romance. I absolutely loved this book. My first book by this author, but not my last. I highly recommend r look.
