Members Reviews:
nothing worthwhile at all
Some of the SpeakerNet talks would be worth $5 for download, if that was the price in a half price sale. This one is not. The description sounds great but it's just two people talking, saying nothing.
The description says "you'll learn how to develop your physical intelligence: The ability to listen to your body's subtle signals, and respond wisely." No, you will learn nothing. There are no three keys, no useful quiz, no useful excercise ideas.
This should not be in Audible's list of downloads. Nothing worthwhile in it.
Very bad audio, not worth the buy
The audio is so bad on this, it is very difficult to listen to. This should not be an item for sale here, unless it can be cleared up.
Bad Sound, Poor Content, Missing PDF

The recording is overpriced, given the constant and annoying buzzing in the background. I regret buying this file. It seems trite and superficial.
