HUNTROVERSY!!! This week, we talk all about killing tournaments. These are competitions where deer are killed based on the size of their antlers per region, or coyotes are killed for the number of kills. The winners are typically awarded a cash prize, and could possibly take home hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of prizes. The question is...what are the benefits of tournaments like these? Yesterday, we heard from Michigan predator calling champion Chris Kreiner. Today, in part 2, we talk with local coyote mastermind Ozzy Clements. Ozzy hunts coyotes mostly all at night, and has won numerous tournaments in our home state of Illinois and beyond. We dive into what makes him so successful, and how he manages to kill hundreds of coyotes each and every year. We talk about his coyote hunting weapon of choice, his coyote calls, his setup strategy, and everything else we need to know so we can kill more coyotes this winter!
