Hey Slaycation Nation, here comes a doozy of a case that will have you rethinking everything you know about resorts.  Let’s just say this, be sure to read ALL the reviews before booking your stay!  

Unfortunately, Florida woman, Carla Stefaniak either didn’t read or didn’t heed the numerous 1-star reviews when she booked one final night at a Costa Rican villa through Airbnb back in 2018.  Without giving any details away — what was supposed to be a birthday celebration trip quickly turned into a nightmare scenario that feels straight out of a horror movie.
