Carmen Lazar talks about her concern in regards to the Pilot Program. she told SBS that many applicants who have been successful and come to Australia, are not obeying the rules and conditions of their visa. Some of them are not trying to work or to find work as they are obliged to do so. Also she talks about some sponsors who declare their relatives overseas can speak English but a lot of them fail in explaining their case when conversing with Australian authorities overseas.
