The last time Laufey touched base with Vogue, she was just 24 years old and an aspiring musician in hopes of one day winning a Grammy. Today, just two years later she now returns to visit The Run Through With Vogue as a household name and a Grammy winner. 

It was all just a matter of time for the Icelandic prodigy to reach this level of success and to become one of Gen Z’s favorite “pop girls.” Her sound is genre-defying breaking down the barriers of jazz, pop, and classical music making her sound utterly unique to her. And that’s why it’s not a surprise that her third studio album, her most vulnerable yet, is also titled A Matter of Time.
