Are you happy? Probably, this one of the questions we should normalize asking.
We say happiness is a choice, but sometimes life happens, and it takes away all the happiness. Helen had always been a happy person since she was a child. When she had her son, she went into postnatal depression. With help, she was able to get well.
When Helen’s son was about five years old, he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in the brain. Helen and her family went through a patch of medical trauma that was not easy at all. Despite everything Helen has been through, Helen has managed to remain positive and happy.
In this episode, we have the fantastic Helen Sanders joining us. We will be talking about how to be happy and positive. Helen has put herself out as one of the UK leading recruitment coaches for SMEs and business owner led companies. Her goal is trying to bring human beings together in the hiring process, which makes it more enjoyable for all involved and more successful.
