Whatever you look at you flow energy to. And whatever you are trying to "stop" you have to look at. So in the pursuit of stopping you energetically are continuing to manifest. You can only start doing something else and build that momentum so the old stuff just dissipates. Like removing the oxygen in a fire...it smolders out.

When we can use our imagination to imagine what something WOULD feel like... we obtain that things energy for the duration of our imagination. For those moments we obtain the energy while imagining the universe responds to it! Even if it’s in the past, even if it’s just an imagination...for the moment you have the energy of the thing you want and the universe gets to work.

We all end up in situations where we have to make a "big decision" and it can feel like there is a right and wrong choice and we try to figure out which decision to make. The key is to get in the feeling place you want to be and from that perspective you’ll have an intuition or "knowing" of which way to go. However, the truth is that any decision can be the right decision. Don’t worry about the choice too much... make it and then line your energy up with it. Decide that this is the choice and it’s right. Don’t be wishy washy after making the decision. If you get aligned then regardless of the situation the universe will transform that choice to a beautiful path for you.

The truth is, that every individual has a different path. When you voice a desire are you requesting something with the energy have "having" or "not having". When we say "yes of course I need money" we are actually vibrationally saying "I don’t have enough" and that is what is further manifested. When you voice a desire with the energy of having it feels juicy and exciting and soothing to talk about.

Oh man... this one is gonna be awkward to start doing! When you want to influence and convince others it seems natural to put up a good argument and have that passion to convince them. However, this then ignites them and you manifest out of them...them doing the same thing to you! So when you try to convince, you manifest them not being able to hear you and then them trying to convince you! If you want to someone to hear and agree with you there needs to be a lightness. If you discuss try to be unattached from the outcome and just sit tight in the feeling spot of your opinion. I’m, once again, talking to all sides here! There is no right or wrong and if we all communicated like this, we’d see that.

Whooops, we have been effort-ing for so long without realizing that that is not what actually manifests us abundance! Doh! Action has nothing to do with abundance... and really we are talking about forced action. These are the things you think you should do but aren’t really fun or satisfying. To create abundance we only need to practice the feelings of abundance. But we also are limited by our belief system.... so if you believe you need to work hard...ta da...you get to work hard. But you can un-do that!

"Your action has nothing to do with your abundance! Your abundance is a response to your vibration. Of course, your belief is part of your vibration. So if you believe that action is part of what brings your abundance, then you’ve got to unravel that." Abraham Hicks
