Ayyyy. I know, I know. Worrying about people stems from the part of us that is empathetic for someone’s situation. That is indeed how the majority of the world sees it. You want something better for someone because you care and then you get worried for them. BUT in the eyes of Law of Attraction, you are not helping. I’m sorry. I know you care. But if you are into Law of Attraction then think about it...your worry shoots out energy that is supporting their momentum in their current situation. Your attention to their "lack" is propagating their lack. We need to learn to practice thoughts and energy that can actually help the person. We need to know they are on their path, know they are capable, know they can learn to listen to their intuition, know that they can get through it and have eager anticipation for them living a happy life.

"When you see someone living something awful, a rocket of desire for their resolution shoots out of you. And then, if you start focusing upon their resolution, you’ll start feeling better right away. And now, you’re part of the current that is part of the solution." Abraham Hicks

Abraham Hicks often tells us that to use Law of Attraction we need to tell the story of what we want instead of what we don’t want. There is an important nuance here. When we talk about what we want, is it stemming from the energy of having vs not having? Often the answer is not having. We’d say "Of course I know what I want, I need more cash and a better job". But if you can imagine saying this. you can feel how this is stemming from the fact that the person does NOT have these things. When we talk about what we want, do we have the energy of eager anticipation, curiosity and knowing? Or do we have the energy of being tired and frustrated that we don’t have these things? The answer will tell you if you are manifesting getting it, or the continuation of not having it.

"Love and appreciation are identical vibrations. Appreciation is the vibration of alignment with who-you-are. Appreciation is the absence of everything that feels bad and the presence of everything that feels good. When you focus upon what you want – when you tell the story of how you want your life to be – you will come closer and closer to the vicinity of appreciation, and when you reach it, it will pull you toward all things that you consider to be good in a very powerful way." A lot of the time we take actions in our life based on what we have to do, what we think we should do or on what seems logical considering where we were. This cerebral way of taking action can be a forced action situation. You’d know this if you end up tired and not able to enjoy the fruits of what you are doing. When you line up your energy first, meaning you deliberately make your energy better than where it is right now, then you will have new ideas and feel like doing different things. When you act on these things that action is inspired action. And when you line up your energy so all your actions are inspired you are less likely to be so drained that you can’t enjoy life.

"Many tell us that they are so busy making their money that they do not have time to enjoy it . . . for when you rely on your action to create, often you are too tired to enjoy your creation. Once you not only understand the power of your thought, but you deliberately direct this powerful tool in the direction of things that you desire, then you will discover that the action part of your life is the way you enjoy what you have created through your thought." Sorry about the sound! This is a laser-coaching excerpt from a meetup on 4/24/2022. This is such a good example of executing the process of ACTUALLY putting Law of Attraction into action. You hear me talk about it... but this an example of this in action.

This is executing the process:

1. Know what your current story is

2. Understand that your current story, even though it’s true, has an energy that is not serving you, In fact the energy of your true story is manifesting more of what you do not want.

3. Gently re-write this story into a better feeling and believable "true" story that shifts your energy

I have talked with this person since this session and in less than 2 weeks amazing things have already started manifesting. She is shocked how quickly a situation that seems stuck can change.

We can’t live outside our belief system because our belief system has an energy which is doing all the attracting for us. Often times our current belief systems are based on history, facts and what is "true". However, speaking a truth that doesn’t have an energy you like only manifests you more things with the energy that you don’t like. So even though it’s "true" it doesn’t serve you to explain to people why you are in your current situation. Beliefs are really just thoughts we have kept thinking over a long time. It’s hard to stop doing anything since in the "trying" part we give attention to the thing we are trying to stop. This then keeps the thing in our point of attraction. So the only way to stop something is to actually start doing something else and give more time an energy to that. So rather than saying "it’s been like this my whole life" say something like "I’m starting to wonder if there is a way to change this" or "I’m curious if I am able to make a jump in my life".

"The thought that you think, you think, which attracts to it; so you think it some more, which attracts to it; so you think it some more. In other words, when you have an expectation, you’ve got a dominant thought going on, and Law of Attraction is going to deliver that to you again, and again and again. And you say “The reason that I believe this, is because it is true.” And we say, the reason that you believe it, is because you’ve practiced the thought. All that a belief is, is a thought that you keep practicing." Abraham Hicks

So much is going on in the world and people seem more justified than ever to take a stance and really think that people who don’t agree with them are so incredibly wrong that they are practically committing a crime.

Maybe you assume on any given topic I’d agree with you, because your side seems so apparently correct. I’m not on your side or the other side. I’m talking to ALL sides here.

Anytime you push against an opposing view you are cutting yourself off from source/good energy. Likely you justify it because of it’s "importance". But if you are into Law of Attraction then please hear me. Anytime you have any yucky thought about the "other side" you are not manifesting anything worthwhile for you or anybody else.

Be the example of someone who just chooses what they want and doesn’t worry about anyone else. Worry does not manifest anything you want. It only manifests more reasons to worry.

Choose what you like and be light and happy about it. Develop at least a neutral tolerance for the "other side".

"There is a big mix out there, and there’s lots of different things going on, and there is not one way that was intended to be the right way. Just like there’s not one color or one flower or one vegetable or one fingerprint. There is not one that is to be the right one over all others. The variety is what fosters the creativity. And so you say, “Okay, I accept that there’s lots of variety, but I don’t like to eat cucumbers.” Don’t eat cucumbers. But don’t ask them to be eliminated and don’t condemn those who eat them. Don’t stand on corners waving signs trying to outlaw the things that you don’t like. Don’t ruin your life by pushing against. Instead, say, “I choose this instead. This does please me." Abraham Hicks

Today’s quote is super nuance-y! So we learn how to practice Law of Attraction by the book...meaning we need to know our energy so we can deliberately choose a new energy and practice that so we can achieve what we want. However, this whole process can be a journey and on that journey there is a lot of freedom and flexibility. It’s all about learning how to feel better in the moment so we can increase our vibration and attract feel-good things. So really, on this path we need to ask ourselves if we have any ideas on how to make our self feel better. Using our mind and memory to flex an emotion is ONE way. But it’s totally OK to have some outside help.

"“Is this pill really an effective pill? Is this process really an effective process?”

Anything that causes you to allow what you desire is the process of coming into alignment. And so, we’re not, in any way, validating or invalidating anything.

Many offer their “dog and pony show” as being the one that works. And good for all of them. We applaud anything that assists someone in allowing the Well-being, that they so much want and deserve, to flow." Abraham Hicks

How we feel about other people’s success shows us where our energy is at. It’s normal to feel lack if someone has something you want... BUT you’d find it beneficial to intentionally change your energy to appreciate their success. This aligns your energy with what you want... so it’s not just altruism... it’s the work to manifest stuff!

"Feel appreciation for those who provide examples of Well-being. How would you know that prosperity was possible if there wasn’t some evidence of prosperity around you? It’s all part of this contrast that helps you to sharpen your desire." Abraham Hicks

This quote is helping us start to practice Law of Attraction and not just learn about what it is! As we see we are unhappy we need to consciously realized that is our signal to look at the opposite of that and define what our new desire is. As we look at what we want and away from unhappiness we pivot (or shift) our energy. As we do this we feel better...and that feeling is the little nugget that is doing the attracting. And so we start attracting more things that make us feel better.

"Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want. . . . In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And—in that moment—your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. That is the Process of Pivoting." Abraham Hicks
