Often times The Law of Attraction can seem out of reach because it can seem too difficult to do. Or we see people giving us examples that make it seem not very believable or out of reach. But the magic of Law of Attraction is in the small energy shifts. Don’t try to go from anger to joy...it’s too big of a jump! Today go from anger to depression. Tomorrow go from depression to being upset .The next day see if you can reach distressed or even neutral. Creep along until you can hit being hopeful. Then momentum start and you actually start manifesting different things in your life already. Then that momentum will bring you to being happy, satisfied and anything else you want.

This is the first concept to know about Law of Attraction. Just understanding this will help you get going, even if you feel like you don’t know how to do it yet. You need to offer the vibration of what you want...not what you have. Meaning if you take action from your current energy, you will get more of what you currently have. If you want new ideas that will inspire action to get new results in your life, you’ll need to manifest the ideas by changing your energy before anything else happens.

Almost all of us have been in a relationship and have asked ourselves if we should stay or leave the relationship. If we might want to leave then that means that we want something else. In the current relationship we are a vibrational match to the problems we don’t want. So we think that by leaving the relationship we will automatically solve our problems. But we don’t. You can fix your vibration by just leaving. The energy work must be done. So the idea is that we do the energy work before leaving the relationship. If we have to ask the question, it means that our energy is not aligned. We should not make any decision until our energy is so lined up that the answer is 100% clear and we CAN’T NOT do it. So the moral of the story is we need to practice the skill of obtaining the energy we want before we change anything, so when we make the move, it’s as sweet as we thought it could be. BUT don’t be surprised that when you do the energy work, the people around you rise up with you and your relationships are all of a sudden fixed.

Today’s quote is a reminder that when things are not going your way, you are not off your path.... you are on your path! Use your crappy situation to define what you do want based off taking the opposite of what you don’t want. When you can articulate what you do want, energy starts flowing there and you being to manifest.

Someones asks how to manifest clarity. The first set is to stop saying "I’m stuck" or whatever similar phrase you say and replace that with a lighter sentiment that feels good and is believable. Also, you can practice the feeling of clarity by being aware of things in your life you are clear about and appreciating those and looking for the feeling of clarity in those. Then practice that.

Today’s Abraham Hicks quote is a tricky one! What is being said is that anything that is scaring you right now is just a result of energy you held in the past. So don’t really be scared because you’ll just propagate the fear. The fear gives you clarity because if you are scared you can define what you DON’T like about the situation, which means if you sit down with pen and paper, you can think about the opposite of the situation to start defining what you do want. As you define what you do want it becomes possible to start moving your energy in that direction to manifest what you want. In addition, if you are scared it’s also a signal that you are NOT in the receiving mode, so it serves as a nudge for you to shift your focus.
