來自衣索比亞，耶加雪菲的豆子，長在海拔1900到2200呎，日曬，用手沖的速度，讓果香味很濃厚。酸味的層次分明，放涼之後，卻多了一層苦澀。The French Crown Jewels 曾經的主人是歷代的皇室，當權力破局， 他們曾經有的榮耀變成歷史裡的一小部分，或許世人能在看他們一眼，記憶起那段極致暴力與專權的年代。
