He is also the leader care specialist for the Great Commission Collective, a church planting network. As president of Soul Care Consulting, he leads a team of gifted consultants that help churches get healthy by building a culture of discipleship and care (soulcareconsulting.com). Garrett is a founding board member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition and Twelve Stones Ministries. He has been married to Tammy for over 25 years, and they have three children, Rachel, Zach, and Sarah.
