As we continue celebrating Women's History Month we should not only aim to highlight to contribution of women personally and professionally but become change agents to improve the representation of women in leadership and management.  

During the pandemic, women especially women of color were the most impacted by job loss or making the decision to pivot professionally to maintain the household.  As schools closed and daycare support decreased so has the participation of women in companies and organizations.  

This is not only a impact within the United States but globally.  Women representation is a GLOBAL ISSUE!!
